One juvenile black kite, /Milvus migrans govinda/, designated as R96 or Naga, tagged with GSM/GPS logger shows an interesting post-fledging movement.
R96 hatched in Nakhon Nayok province, central Thailand, in Feb 2020, where it was tagged and fledged, in April 2020, then in mid-May travels through western Thailand provinces into Myanmar (where it flew overnight from Dawei coast in Tenneserim and made landfall at midnight near Yangoon, Maynmar), Mizoram state of NE India (see attached map)? and roamed over Dhaka, Bangladesh, as of 11 June 2020.

Hasa et. al. (2018) reported black kite roosting sites in Ramna Park and Dhaka University campus, Bangladesh where the kite may have been roosting according to the coordinates between 10-11 June 2020. On 14 October 2020, R96 or Naga stays at Ulhas River, Maharashta, India,
